We are serious about placing great dogs in great homes. We do home checks, background checks and one on one
interviews. We're looking for adopters who will be committed to loving and caring for these dogs for the rest of their lives.
Our relationship with you does not end when the adoption process is completed. We know that issues can arise once
your dog is home with you, and we are here to help with behavior and training problems. Often, we can give you an
easy to manage protocol to work with your dog to assure that you stay on track.
All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on shots. Please note that we are committed to helping
reduce overpopulation. Therefore, we cannot adopt to homes with unaltered pets. There is an increased risk of
aggression issues with same sex Pit Bulls. Because of this, we will only do opposite sex adoptions.
Remember, adopting a Pit Bull is a lifetime commitment. Not every family needs a Pit Bull, but every Pit Bull needs a family.
Too often, we have to turn away dogs in need because we simply have no where to put them. If you do not see a dog
listed that fits what you are looking for, please fill out an application and tell us what you're looking for in an adoptable
Pit Bull. We will add you to our database and keep an ear out for a dog that matches what you're looking for!

KOLBY
Members of Hello Bully recently traveled to volunteer at the Humane
Society of Missouri. HSMO has been caringfor over 500 confiscated dogs,
since the largest federal dog fighting bust on July 8th.
Hello Bully is honored to have had the opportunity to work along side such
amazing people from other reputable rescues and advocacy groups, and
the amazing staff and volunteers at HSMO. Very special thanks to Pit Bull
Rescue Central and Broken Hearts, Mended Souls Rescue.
While Hello Bully does not normally rescue dogs from outside the
Pittsburgh area, the circumstances of this situation called for special
consideration.
The Pit Bull community has worked long and hard for the individual
evaluation of dogs confiscated from fighting busts. To see that happen on
a case of this magnitude is a huge victory. We are thankful for the
opportunity to step up for one of these dogs. Kolby is a wonderful
representative of the breed. He is quickly adjusting to life off the chain. He
is loving, smart, silly and curious about everything! He will be available for
adoption in December. Interested parties are urged to fill out an
application for early approval.
